Want to learn or practice your mindfulness skills? In this class we do mindfulness through meditation and everyday activities. Types of things we will cover include meditation with a focus on either breath, body, emotions, compassion or connection. Daily mindfulness practices such as mindful movement, eating, drawing, conversations and other daily actions. We help you to integrate mindfulness into your life for more clarity, focus and calm.
This program is practical, playful and a great way to connect with other people in a relaxed, small group format. Classes are facilitated by The Mind Room psychologists and budding psychologists in training.
You can book online and guarantee your place or just drop-in and take pot luck. Class size is limited to 12 people. All welcome (beginners to experts).

The Mind Room is home to a Melbourne-based community of psychologists, wellbeing and performance specialists, mindfulness facilitators and other friendly, fun and wise people. We believe that growth is possible, connections are essential, creativity is important and acceptance is key.
We host a range of classes in our relaxed studio space.These are a practical and playful way to explore, share and try out science-backed ways for living well.
We love teaching people the latest evidence-based psychology on how to work with your mind and body to enhance wellbeing and performance in life. These classes and workshops (1hr to half day to 6-weeks) are practical, inspiring and playful small group (4-12 people) experiences.
Peak Performance (sport & performing arts versions)
We offer 50-minute drop-in classes and 4- to 6-week programs, as well as half- or full-day workshops. Come try a class in our relaxed, studio warehouse in Collingwood.
Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you can't attend, then send a friend.
Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at email@example.com, at least 2 weeks prior to the start of a class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
