As a pastry chef and the organizer of "Bake Club" here at the cooking school for several years, I observed firsthand the challenges my students faced when making cakes in the Thermomix.
This class is ideal for anyone who wants to create light, evenly textured cakes. So many of our cakes are the butter cake variety; there are the ones that begin with creaming butter and sugar. These cakes can easily be modified when you understand the science behind the technique.

Your Teacher
During this Zoom session, I will explain the necessary changes you need to make when using the creaming method to bake a cake in your Thermomix.
The blades of your Thermomix work differently from those of a stand mixer, but once you learn this technique, you may never feel the need to use your stand mixer again.
I love sharing this method and watching people's faces as I explain the technique. 😍
