I do not use a Thermomix to make sourdough (although you can if you wish).  

I’ll guide you through the entire process, from caring for your sourdough starter to baking a delicious loaf. You’ll learn my simplified bakery-inspired method, adapted for home use—no daily feeding, no discard, and no need to refrigerate your dough. Simply mix in the evening and bake around lunchtime the next day.

Included in the class:

  • Access to my full online sourdough course to keep and refer to anytime.
  • A sample of my sourdough starter to take home.

I’ll also teach you how to adjust time and temperature for perfect results every time. Sourdough doesn’t have to be complicated—let me show you how!
