Blaze & Foam specialises in candle making and soap supplies. We also deliver candle making workshops on the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a transfer or credit note.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
Terms & Conditions
MINIMUMS
We need a minimum of 10 students in order to run classes. In the event that we don't reach the minimum we will contact you to reschedule the date.
CURRICULUM
We make every effort to ensure the workshop curriculum is followed, however Blaze & Foam reserves the right to cancel or make changes to any workshop and its' content at any time.
AGE
This workshop is for adults only.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to move your session date for any reason, you can do so with 7 days notice in writing prior to your event. You will have 12 months during which to reschedule your class. Please do not contact the venue as they are not responsible for your booking.
No refund is available for any cancellations. You are welcome to either gift or to sell your ticket directly to someone else if you can't make it or are unwell. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser to let the new attendee know the terms and conditions.
In booking, you accept these arrangements as reasonable, given the unlikelihood of filling cancelled bookings at short notice, as well as material preparation, administration costs and venue hire costs.
LIABILITY
Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought into Blaze & Foams premises or hired class premises.
Any physical injuries sustained because of participating in any class or event organised by Blaze & Foam. You agree to take full responsibility for all damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which you might incur whilst taking part in classes and/or events organised by Blaze & Foam.Blaze & Foam takes no financial responsibility for any consequential losses like airfares and accomodation. If we need to cancel a workshop, we will notify you as early as possible, by email.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR:
We may refuse participants who display signs or intoxication at our events, or who are significantly disruptive to other participants, or who refuse to follow safety directions.
PHOTO & VIDEO
You agree to give Blaze & Foam unrestricted publishing rights for all photographs or videos taken at Blaze & Foam classes. We might display these on social media, in newsletters or blogs, on our website and in general promotional purposes.
