Great class! Lucy and Gerry are so knowledgeable and Mum and I learnt a lot about cheese, how it's made and different ways you can use it. I also like that nothing needs to go to waste while making cheese and the ladies talk about how we can use whey in other recipes. The lunch they put on is amazing as well!

The Gourmet Delights Course was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. I have enjoyed every moment and learnt a lot about cheese making along the way.

I had an amazing experience, with hands on learning and detailed written instructions, provided by two professionals who work seamlessly together. This is my second class with The Cheese Maker Team and the depth of knowledge, after class support, planning, prior preparation, love of cheese making and passion to share this with others astounds and inspires me. As well as making and tasting delectable home made cheeses my Coeliac disease was also catered for, with a mouth watering lunch provided. Thank you

In each of our courses you'll watch, learn, and get hands on practice.
