We had a gorgeous afternoon making lady vases with Jade at The Guild of Objects. It was completely lovely to just drop everything and be creative for the afternoon with lovely people and clay that formed into beautiful pieces. Thanks to everyone involved to make it happen.

My sister and I did this workshop together and had a ball. All the ladies were lovely. Jade was fabulous at teaching and guiding us at every stage as we each went at a different pace. Loved the fine touches of chocolate and Prosecco and also the central location.

Such a fun class. Jade was a very relaxed and calming instructor who encouraged your creativity. You could tell she was very passionate about her work and her message and i found that very inspiring. Guild of objects made us all feel very comfortable and welcome also. I had such a great time.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) RESPONSE

The Guild of Objects has put together an action plan to mitigate the risks from coronavirus (Covid-19).

The Guild of Objects acknowledges the health risks of people gathering together but sees events such as workshops are a vital part of our community and can continue to be a place of safety and enjoyment if everyone plays their part.

The objective of the Guild is to support Artists, Makers and Craftspeople and as such our workshops provide financial support for the artists who work with us.

At all our events we will be putting in place additional hygiene measures in order to help minimise the possibility of contamination. This will include hand washing facilities and an increase in the frequency of cleaning of shared spaces.

We have limited the number of participants at each workshop to 12 as this will ensure that we can maintain the recommended social distance between participants.

If you are ill or have been placed into home isolation the Guild will allow you to transfer into a later workshop or if you give us 48 hours’ notice we will provide a refund.

While we have put hygiene measures and increased our efforts to minimise contamination, attendance at our workshops is at your own risk.

We value your continued support in helping keep the Guild going during these difficult times.

Please remember that our online store remains open and will work tirelessly to ensure that there are no delays in dispatching your orders.

We will continue to update and change our policy as more information is known. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
