This workshop will introduce you and your team to what mindfulness actually is and what it isn't. Be ready for open discussion, activities and getting slightly out of your comfort zone.

Stephanie Smilas founded Here Now Group to teach practical mindfulness tools that are both scientifically based and easy to implement in everyday life. The aim is to positively support people, with an emphasis on effective communications and to challenge the way mindfulness and meditation are perceived in the general public domain.
Stephanie began her yoga and meditation journey more than 17 years ago. She completed her yoga teacher training diploma in 2010 and founded her own yoga studio while living overseas. She has completed numerous meditation retreats and trained with the highly respected Melbourne Meditation centre.
Her corporate experience covers more than 20 years in client services, relationship management, leadership and mentoring.
Here Now Group values the impact of philanthropic work and has a firm pro-bono quota. This enables the company to offer its services free of charge to a number of not-for-profit organisations and charities.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.

Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Here Now Group or organised by Here Now Group must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Here Now Group
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Here Now Group unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Here Now Group classes and events or on Here Now Group premises. (For use of Here Now Group marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Here Now Group requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Here Now Group, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
