Children's regular Art Therapy Group (8 Weeks)
Description
Register for our 8 week program held at Ascot Vale studio.
Limited spots available.
During sessions children will be working on sensory integration, emotional awareness & regulation, social skills, somatic awareness as well as mindfulness, creativity, imagination and loads more!
The children will be working as a team within the group and independently on Art projects designed specifically to build on their skills each week, have fun, build connections and friendships, and bring home some amazing projects that will instil a sense of pride and achievement.
Everything they need it provided. Parents welcome to join in too.
Cost is $40 per session (session round for approx 1 hour) please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Aprons provided but welcome to bring their own.

The group is an Art Therapy group for children, usually we get Neurodivergent Children, children with additional needs and children who need additional support.
It's wonderful for all those groups, however it is also really beneficial for typically developing children and especially siblings of children with additional needs as the group allows the children to explore the variety of materials, express themselves creatively and supports developing self-esteem, confidence and self-awareness as well as explore their self-identity.
We do a variety of games, discussions, and a bit of mindfulness as well as different art projects each week from painting, clay work, collage, and we even did a bit of gardening last year and painted the pots with paint pens.
The kids made wooden gratitude boxes, dolls, puzzles, plants, lanterns, glow in the dark clay shells and heaps more last year, it was a lot of exploring and a lot of fun!
And there is a huge social-emotional wellbeing, developmental learning, and support aspect as well as social skills development, connections, and friendships.

You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A refund can be requested 1 day before class starts. Free of charge.

No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Paint With Me Melbourne or organised by Paint With Me Melbourne must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Paint With Me Melbourne
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Paint With Me Melbourne unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Paint With Me Melbourne classes and events or on Paint With Me Melbourne premises. (For use of Paint With Me Melbourne marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Paint With Me Melbourne requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Paint With Me Melbourne, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
