I’ve been learning to use the wheel for a number of months with Maggie and been attending a few of the special classes to improve my skills I must say she is the best teacher, her way of explaining necessary skills to succeed are fantastic. I’m definitely hooked and slowly improving I would recommend anyone interested in trying this hobby to get in touch with her

This was my first time learning how to use clay on wheels and I absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful studio with very experienced and patient teachers/instructors. I loved how the class numbers were small. I am hooked and will be back to turn more clay and finally make some pieces I have only dreamed about making. You are never too old to learn how to do this.

The Samford Potters Collective is a new custom-built pottery studio located just 25 km from the heart of Brisbane city and sits in the beautiful green hills of Camp Mountain (Samford).

We believe that pottery is a timeless craft that can be enjoyed by all. We offer a variety of workshops, weekly classes, and wheel classes for beginner to advanced levels, private events, and more. Our full-service pottery studio has everything you need to get started on your pottery journey.

We are passionate about creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our students and members. Our team of experienced potters and instructors are always on hand to provide guidance and advice every step of the way.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

OR

  • A refund can be requested 3 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
  • A transfer can be requested 1 day before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
  • A credit note can be requested 3 days before the class starts. Free of charge.

No changes will be allowed after these times.

We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.

Terms & Conditions

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Samford Potters Collective or organised by Samford Potters Collective must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries, and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Samford Potters Collective

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Samford Potters Collective unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Samford Potters Collective classes and events or on Samford Potters Collective premises. (For use of Samford Potters Collective marketing materials). We will always respect your right to privacy - just let us know that you would like to be excluded from photos, videos, etc.
