About SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS
SLS is managed by professional linguists and language teachers who offer best-practice language services. Director, Dr Na Pham, and her team have many years of experience in language teaching, translating, interpreting and editing across the language, cultural and corporate fields.
Our language trainers and editors are not only native speakers of the language they teach and love the work they do. They have impressive qualifications, together with at least five years of teaching experience.
Our translators and interpreters at Sydney Language Solutions are accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd (NAATI).
Cancellations & Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund.
- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
- A credit note can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS or organised by SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS classes and events or on SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS premises. (For use of SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS marketing materials).
3.) Once the course is confirmed, no refund of course fee will be issued. If you can’t attend after the course starts, we can offer credit for you to use in the next term if we receive the request within 3 weeks from the class starting date.
4.) Any request to refund for the course must be made 7 working days before course starts and occurs $50 admin fee
5.) Each class needs at least 4 students to confirm. We cannot always control the number of participants, so if the course does not have enough students to confirm, we either cancel the course and issue full refund, or delay the course to 2 weeks to get more enrolment or operate the course as small group tutor with less hours.
6.) If you are absent for any reason, we cannot offer make-up class. Any arrangement for make-up class needs to be done before the course starts
