If you already understand the fundamentals of making coffee but want to develop your skills further and learn how to taste and adjust brew recipes, then this is the class for you!
We will explore the variables that make up espresso recipes and learn to distinguish good from bad. You'll be able to dial in like a pro!

Please arrive early enough to factor in parking.
There is limited street parking around the Veneziano cafe. Otherwise there is paid parking at Woolworths.

Learn from experienced baristas with years in the field. All of our trainers have competed or judged in National Baristas Championships.

No changes will be allowed after these times.
