Celebrate our beautiful and iconic Australian flora, while learning the fun and creative art of watercolour painting.

Join local illustrator Carlie Edwards from Earthdrawn Studio as she guides you step-by-step on how to paint blooming banksias, gorgeous gum blossoms, and everything in-between!

Discover a range of exciting and fun new watercolour techniques before creating two beautiful masterpieces to take home.
With all materials supplied, play with vivid colours and enjoy plenty of creative freedom as Carlie guides you with the foundations for each piece, along with plenty of helpful tips and one-on-one guidance to create your unique paintings. Everyone’s pieces will be different - and that’s magical!

From this workshop, you'll be equipped with a myriad of new skills to Wow your friends with a beautiful hand painted card or gift, or create a gorgeous piece for your wall!

Watercolour is a relaxing and therapeutic activity that will make you feel a state of zen. It really is food for the soul - come and try it!

There is plenty of free parking at Raby Bay Harbour and in the local area.

The venue is a 5 minute walk from Cleveland Train Station with services running direct from Shorncliffe in the North of Brisbane.

Very little one on one, too many in class. To be honest I have gotten more out of YouTube tutorials than this class.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.


  • A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
  • A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
  • A credit note can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.

No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any workshop, classes or coming to any events at Workshop Hub or organised by Workshop Hub must agree to these terms and conditions.

Liability Waiver

Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought into Workshop Hub’s premises.

Photography and Video

I agree to give Workshop Hub unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Workshop Hub classes and events or on Workshop Hub’s premises. (We only intend to use these to show others what to expect at a workshop and how much fun our workshops are through social media, newsletters, blogs, website and general Workshop Hub promo material).

Cancelled Workshops

We aim to run each workshop, however, our workshops must have a minimum of participants to go ahead. In the event that a workshop does not meet the minimum number of participants and is subsequently cancelled, you will be notified via telephone or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
