A great zoom class with Bec to get all her information on how she does a sponge cake in the Thermomix. I will be giving this a go and I am also very interested in perfecting a Swiss Roll. Hopefully with the EBook and all tips and tricks I will end up with a beautiful fluffy Sponge. Thank you Bec I am already perusing the next class I would like to learn more about. πŸ’
