We'll start this session by preparing scones. While they bake, we'll explore the incredible features of the Thermomix. Many people are unaware of, or underestimate, the capabilities of this amazing appliance.  So here's your chance to take a close-up look.


I'll demonstrate how to make scones the easy way, and we'll enjoy morning tea while we explore the Thermomix and answer all your questions.

The course definitely produced light, fluffy scones- that’s the bonus of an onsite course, you get to eat the end product.😀 Information on local places to source ingredients especially specialty items like cream stabilizer was very helpful.
