In this session I’ll show you how to make delicious soft cheese at home, using my quick and easy method honed over many years. No special equipment needed!
Here’s what you’ll get:

- Super easy process: Use any supermarket milk (full-cream, lactose-free, or goat’s milk) from the dairy cabinet. Most of the work happens right in the milk bottle!
- Real cheese made with cheese cultures—no shortcuts.
- Ingredient link: I’ll share where to get the ingredients I use, which can be delivered to your door. $18 will give you enough ingredients to make soft or cream cheese with up to 20 litres of milk. That's ten batches of cheese!
- Simple tools: We make the cheese in the bottle that you purchased the milk in. Then, you only need a colander and cloth to strain off the whey. I’ll explain how to get the best results.

Your Teacher
I started making cheese 30 years ago when my son developed allergies to common food additives found in commercial cheeses and other products. This soft cheese is by far the easiest to make at home, and I guarantee you’ll love it. Your family and friends will be amazed at how delicious it tastes!
But shhhh, I’ll keep the secret if you do—don’t tell them how easy it is! 😉😊
This one has become a favourite after years of making all kinds of cheese. I always seem to have some in the fridge. It only takes about 15 minutes of your time, and most of the work happens while you're sleeping. Bonus!
You don't need any special equipment; you probably have everything you need at home already.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.
