Date: Monday 8th April, 2pm QLD Time
Objective: Help salon owners define a clear, actionable vision for their business and set achievable goals that align with this vision.
- Introduction to the importance of a clear vision in driving business success. Activities include reflection exercises on core values, strengths, and the ultimate purpose of the salon.
- Guided session on setting tangible, measurable goals that support the salon's vision. This includes drafting a vision statement and discussing how to use it to make decisions.
- Strategies for communicating the vision and goals to the team, ensuring alignment and commitment. Tips on incorporating feedback and adapting the vision as the business evolves.
Session 2: Implementing Effective Systems for Salon Management
Date: Monday 29th April, 2pm QLD Time
Objective: Equip salon owners with the knowledge and tools to design and implement systems that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Overview of key systems for salon management (booking, customer service, inventory, etc.), highlighting the benefits of systematisation.
- Step-by-step guide on documenting and packaging systems for easy access and understanding by the team. Discussion on common pitfalls and how to avoid them.
- Techniques for measuring system performance and making necessary adjustments. Emphasis on the role of systems in achieving business growth and attracting top talent.
Lesson 3: Enhancing Client Experience and Service Excellence

Objective: Teach salon owners how to elevate their client service to build loyalty, generate referrals, and ultimately increase revenue.
- Exploring the fundamentals of exceptional client service, including understanding customer needs, personalisation, and creating a luxurious salon environment.
