A lot. Liam will show you all you need to know to take your charcoal barbecue cooking from good to great. Liam will draw on his extensive experience of catering, barbecue competitions, and love of good barbecued food to show you some simple, and some not so simple ways to use the barbecue you have at home.

As well as charcoal barbecues Liam will also uses pellet grills, solid plate, and gas barbecues to give you a great experience and some great food.
