Join us for this very special event in the beautiful heritage-listed, Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Windsor!
Step into a world of effervescence and opulence as you indulge in a curated selection of bubbly discoveries of five different cuvées including champagnes and sparkling wines.
The Bubbles Review Founder Natalie Pickett will guide you through a tasting journey, revealing the nuances and complexities of each bubbly delight. Each wine is matched with a canapé course and an Aria from our sparkling soprano!

Your Teacher
Hosted by Australian entrepreneur, sparkling wine lover, and Founder of The Bubbles Review, Natalie Pickett. A qualified tertiary level and industry trainer with more than 30 years experience in events, tourism and hospitality. Natalie is a best-selling author and award-winning business leader and publisher. Her wine expertise has been featured in International and local media. She is a highly regarded speaker at wine and tourism industry events and has provided training programs for many tourism organisations.
As the Founder of The Bubbles Review, Natalie orchestrates captivating sparkling wine events that celebrate the art of champagne and sparkling wine, making them accessible and delightful for all participants to enjoy.
The Bubbles Review was founded in 2016, more than 5,700 people have attended our events since then.
