Description

This class is designed for students who are unfamiliar with buttercream piping. 

This class will teach students the basics of buttercream piping and a range of other piping techniques on cupcakes and practise template sheets. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Piping dots, lines, stars, leaves, shell borders + so many more piping designs
  • Buttercream swirls, rosettes and a piped rose on cupcakes. 
  • Learn how to colour buttercream
  • How to fill and hold a piping bag
  • Students will be able to take their finished cupcakes home.

This was so much fun and I learnt so much about ways to improve my piping. Joe was a really good instructor and I can't wait to sign up for another class.

This was a fantastic class. I wasn’t very good at it but I learnt heaps of tips that can now support me to practise at home. The instructor was brilliant. His students instructions and demonstrations were exceptionally clear and he divided his time equally between participants to give individual feedback that was beyond helpful. Thank you for giving me some great skills to start me on my learning journey
