Great experience, Mark was super knowledgeable and with a small class we received personal attention. My only recommendation is to take a bottle of water with you.

Such an incredible class that catered to people who like myself, have never made bread, to someone who makes bread all the time. I learnt so much and the take home information and products are so generous and helpful. I came away with such an appreciation for the process and science behind making sourdough. I can’t recommend the class enough😊 thanks so much!
