I was very impressed. This course was incredibly well organised by Sara. The theory had been pre written onto a white board (take a photo to read later) and each student was given a laminated sheet containing more tips (take home for future reference). The focus of the course was then the physical process. This was incredibly well captured, having each student develop their own dough using the bakery starter through the two hour course to the point of fridge retardation. A pre prepared dough post retardation was then introduced, to take the class through the post fridge steps and backing it in a dutch oven. These loaves were then cut, inspected and eaten by all students. To finish off, we left the course with 6 doughs for baking at home, a cane basket, a dough blade, a portion of starter, and a carry tote to fit it all in. I could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely fantastic. Great day spent learning to make Sourdough. Both teaches were easy to listen to and happy to share great knowledge and answer all questions. Can really tell they have a love for making bread. Fabulous bag of goodies to take home along with our bread ready to cook. Highly recommend the course and a great venue too
