It is also suitable for the established brewer wanting to fine tune his brewing techniques and produce more consistent beer.

This package offers the right guidance to highlighting quality issues, variance in procedures, and any additional training required for the brewer.

We believe in the old adage; an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

It is recommended this audit form part of a quality assurance program much like visiting a dentist on a 6 monthly checkup and clean.

After starting your brewery we suggest a first audit at 3 months.

We will come to your brewery to conduct an audit over 2 days and provide a written document of any potential problem areas with suggested remedial action.

We  will look over your records and spend time with the brewer going over the entire process. We will taste all the beer styles currently being produced and suggest areas of improvement.

We will look at the analytical instruments used by the brewer and check maintenance procedures. 

This is a full audit to determine any variance, unseen problems and potential problems that can come up.

The audit is designed to hone in your ability and fine tune your procedures and suggest any equipment needing upgrade or attention.

Sending out inconsistent beer to the trade is both risky and could mean the difference between survival or not.

Costanzo Brewing Consultants’ (CBC) mission is to assist micro brewers and home brewers to improve their skills and knowledge, and, by using good brewing practices, brew quality beers on a consistent basis.
