Sandhya is a pharmacist and healthy eating coach dedicated to bringing fun to healthy eating so it becomes a superpower! She has 13 years experience working with people around food habits, guiding them to weight loss, better blood sugar control, cholesterol and heart health. Her specialities include quitting sugar, creating sustainable eating habits, partnering with people to create tailored eating plans and working on self-esteem and confidence around body image.

Sandhya is a pharmacist and healthy eating coach with 12 years experience in the health field. She has worked with hundreds of people around weight loss, diabetes and nutrition, as well as the mindset that needs to accompany any weight journey. She has a particular passion for guiding people to become their ideal weight - and maintain it!
