Creating Expression with Nature & Ink
Description
We invite you to come and embrace the unexpected form of nature, using ink. Learn about spontaneous mark making using everyday natural objects.
Led by artist Rahila Zeeshan, this workshop will encourage you to explore, experiment and have fun playing with organic objects such as twigs, sticks, native plants, leaves, etc and enable you to enjoy the fluidity of mark making. Enjoy creating surface patterns that these utensils make.
This workshop is about embracing the ever-changing form of nature, paint with it and allow yourself to cherish the process of your artwork as far as your creativity takes you. Rahila will encourage you to connect with others creatively and to also explore the power of simple mark making techniques through ink and directed processes. You will develop your artwork using collage and leave the workshop hopefully feeling inspired and connected.
