As a pastry chef, I have found that using the thickening mode is one of the best ways to save time in my busy schedule. I use it for a variety of recipes and I'm sure you'll enjoy using it too. The Thicken Mode is one of my favourite features, as I can simply weigh all my ingredients into the bowl and let the machine take care of the rest.  Let me explain how simple the rules are.
