The warm complex aroma of a freshly baked load of bread can be an utterly tantalizing experience. Bread making and baking in general should be simple - and most importantly, fun.
We are introducing a new exiciting Artisan bread class.
The focus of the class will be on Ciabatta & Turkish breads. These are breads with large air holes, the perfect companion to your favorite pasta dish.
Our bread making workshops will encourage you to have fun at home experimenting with bread. We'll talk you through the bread baking process, explaining each step along the way. You will be able to replicate this at home for the enjoyment of friends and family.
All workshops are hosted by one of our fully qualified bakers or pastry chefs.
Private bookings are available with a minimum of 8 people any day of the week.
Note: A "no show" fee will apply if the customer wish to rebook the class
The class was superb, an excellent instructor, superb facilities, ( we baked in a 1901 wood fired oven) and the hands on nature was excellent. I can't recommend highly enough!!!
Ciabbatta, Turkish , and sweet bread baking in a great atmosphere. Baker was exceptional and full of knowledge and handy hints.
the class was fantastic, chris was excellent. food we cooked excellent and drinks supplied great. it all went very quickly. glad I took some additional notes, so I wouldn't forget. I would highly recommend to others. made my first batch of foccacia's which was pretty good!
