Dive into the delicious world of hyper-realistic cakes and join us for a
captivating pizza cake class! This is guaranteed to trigger your cravings
and leave your guests questioning whether they’re eating dessert or
dinner.
The class is suitable for ages 16+ only
Gluten Free Cake options are Not Available for this class.
You will learn how to:
• Carve your 10 inch round cake to achieve an authentic pizza shape -
the perfect intro to cake carving
• Ganache and cover your 12 inch cake
• Create the illusion of stone-baked pizza crust, adding depth and
realism to your cake
• How to craft the perfect ‘melted cheese’ using modelling chocolate
• Whip up a delicious pizza sauce using cake pop batter
• Create pepperoni slices using fondant, ensuring that wavy and crispy
‘cooked’ edge
• Add the final realistic details that’ll take your pizza cake to the next
level - from sprinkling on the ‘flour’ to perfecting the glossiness of the
‘cheese’.
This class is perfect for: Beginner & intermediate decorators with some fondant experience.
What you need to know about the day:
- Closed shoes are a must, please do NOT wear any open shoes (e.g. thongs)
- Arrive approximately 15min before to the commencement of your class to ensure the class starts on time
**** Refund & Class Transfers ****
- Cancellations & Class Transfers can not be made less than 7(seven) days prior to classes.
- All booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel your class or demonstration.
- If we cannot reach the minimum number of students required for a class, an alternate date may be made available. If you cannot attend the alternative date or the class is cancelled you will be issued a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A refund can be requested 30 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 14 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
