3 DAY Class making chocolate from scratch


Description

A 3 day class professional focused on the start to finish of craft chocolate making. Using commercial scale boutique machinery, in a functioning workshop you will learn so much to enhance your pre-existing chocolate business, extend your growing hospitality establishment or learn the guts of whats going to give you the right start in getting your own chocolate making production underway!

The class is hands on as much as you want at all stages. Chef jackets and aprons provided, but if you wish to bring your own you are welcome.

Everything from selecting beans, sourcing, roasting, winnowing, grinding, refining, tempering, ageing, crystallisation, flavours, storage and so much more!

Lunch and refreshments are provided, if you have any specific dietary requirements please lets us know.

The class will be lead by Jessica Pedemont.

What to wear

Closed in shoes, no high heels, long hair tied back. Chef jackets, aprons and hair nets will be provided for you to wear during the class. If you would like to bring your own chef jacket you're more than welcome to!

There is clearly a before and after with this 3day class. Before I was dreaming about making chocolate by myself and didn't know where to start. After, I know exactly all the steps from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar and realized I can continue to do this myself at home with the acquired knowedge, a few benchtop appliances and the right ingredients. Moreover I can consider launching my own chocolate brand which is amazing. Thank you for this outstanding experience, was really worth it

A life changing experience! The 3 day bean to bar chocolate course conducted by Jessica Pedemont is a game changer for ANYONE! Be one a novice; amateur or seasoned chocolate maker! Jessica is an incredible professional who also has the knack to transfer her wealth of knowledge and skills to which one only wishes the course could be extended! Definitely a well worth value added investment! Tenkiu tumas!.
