What an experience! I did the two day course at Eveleigh Works for the into to blacksmithing and love it. The site itself has a lot of historical significance to Australia's building & manufacturing and still includes operational machines from yesteryear. Our instructor, James, was very knowledgeable and most importantly knew how to connect with all age groups there. We never felt rushed by him and he made sure we learnt the main principles of blacksmithing along with hints & tips from his years of experience. If you're on the fence about taking this class just take the jump, you won't regret it. Thank you Eveleigh Works and James for teaching me life long skills and a new 'firey' passion!
