Hi Lucus,
Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your course.
We know there was an issue with the punctuality of a student in your class. While we stress the importance of punctuality, students have legitimate reasons for being late. As professionals, we must show care. It is frustrating when a student is careless and demanding; also tricky for a tutor to manage. We are sorry that you were adversely affected.
We have ample tools & consumables; students only need to ask tutors. Each bench has a tool board with essential tools; the classroom has 100s more. Some tools & equipment will need to be shared; this doesn't usually cause problems and will happen at any jewellery school.
Students from your class produced exceptional works, not pieces that would be made in a "sip and paint" style course and several have progressed to advanced classes.
It's a shame you didn't contact your tutor or us with your concerns at the time. We are always ready and keen to address any concerns. Regards Kim
