This is a family friendly class that teaches the basics of pattern making and encourages participants to create all kinds of patterns. The class is designed to be fun, interactive and relaxing.
We will start with the basics of pattern making as a group and then each participant will get to choose their object to decorate with patterns using their choice of paint, pens or pencils (or a mixture). At the end of the class we get to admire and be inspired by everyone’s creative artwork, none of which will be the same.
The objects to choose from include: calico bunting flags (set of 3); calico bag; cardboard face mask; 10” x 8” canvas board; timber cut-out; wooden beads; rocks; feathers; scratch-art sheet; or 3D printed object. As we have limited numbers of each of the objects, if there is a particular object you wish to work on please let us know when making your booking so we can put it aside for you.
