Description

Bussiness owner and wine making expert, Stefano Baggio, will breakdown the mystery of wine making, from fermented grape juice to refined, elegant wine! Stefano will begin with fermentation and travel through to maturation and finish with clarification and bottling, giving you all the tools you need to start a small batch for your self! You will taste wines and finish with a selection of charcuterie and cheeses while you fire questions at our incredibly knowledgeable, illustrious leader.

Class Schedule

What you will learn
  • Fermentation~ crushing, desteming and understanding yeasts
  • Maturation~ understanding malolactic fermentation and the importance of sulphur and oak.
  • Clarification and Bottling~ learn the differences between clarification and fining. Understand when wine is ready to be bottled and how to bottle.
What you will get
  • 2 1/2 hours of tuition form from an industry expert in the art of wine making. Wine and charcuterie after the course with access to our trainer for questions.
