We learned how to evenly cut a cake into layers, construct into layers, and crumb coat it. We then applied a watercolour effect buttercream and a drip ganache, and completed the cake with decorative touches. This class was fabulous. Danielle was friendly and so knowledgable and the class moved at a pace that allowed us to take in all that we were learning and apply it without feeling rushed and without wasting time too! One of the best classes I have attended!

This cake looks super impressive, but the techniques we learnt were so easy I'm more than confident I can recreate this look at home! This is also the first time I've used supports in a cake, so that was interesting as well. This class was great fun, and the grandkids were suitably impressed when I got the finished cake home!
