Description
This class will introduce students to all the skills required to make a fondant finished cake. Students will learn modelling techniques to create under the sea features to transform their cake into an Octopus Garden.
This class is suitable for ages 16+ - intermediate skill level required
Learning Outcomes
-Learn how to mask a round cake in ganache using the "lid" method to achieve Sharp Edges
-Learn how to colour, knead, roll out and apply fondant to a round cake
-Learn how to create fondant figurines and features and how to adhere these to the cake
