Winemaker’s Dinners are conducted at Scopri Restaurant in Carlton and feature four courses and eight wines (two wines served with each course).

Classes are capped at 10 participants allowing for maximum interaction between guests and the featured vigneron all around one table.

Winemakers dinner with Philippa Farr at Scopri. Fantastic evening - the wine and food were superb, and getting the story behind the wines from Philippa added to the interest and insight. Matthew gave perspective as Philippa gave strategy and logistics. The atmosphere was down-to-earth, non-pretentious, and fun. Thank-you!

Although I have been a follower of Curly Flat for a number of years, it was interesting to listen to Phillip Moraghan describe the grape growing and winemaking process since the winery started in the late 1990's. It was also interesting listening to other peoples' questions and Phillip's answers. The service and food at Scopri was another highlight of the evening. I'll definitely be attending more of Matthew's wine evenings. Regards Belinda and Michael
