When Tipo 00 opened its doors it immediately cemented itself as one of Melbourne’s most coveted restaurants. 

Eight years ago the team at Tipo 00 launched their sister restaurant Osteria Ilaria next door.

This is a fabulous food and wine experience at one of Melbourne's most stylish restaurants.

Winemaker’s Dinners at Osteria Ilaria feature four courses and eight wines (two vintages with each course).

Classes are capped at 12 participants allowing for maximum interaction between guests and the featured winemaker all around one table.

A unique opportunity to explore the winemaker’s art and philosophy.
