Join our Latin High Tea Class in Melbourne, for a hands-on dive into the flavours of Latin America.
This class is all about getting practical with making Latin American pastries and snacks for a sophisticated afternoon tea.
You'll be discovering caramel-rich Dulce de Leche pastries to the zesty Brazilian Pão de Queijo, along with a mix of both sweet and savoury traditional bite-size delicacies.
Our experienced chefs are here to walk you through each step, making sure you get the hang of everything, no matter your cooking skill level. It's a friendly and engaging environment, where you're encouraged to ask questions, try things out, and get involved.
You'll work with top-quality ingredients and get a feel for authentic cooking techniques. It's a great chance to pick up new skills that you can show off in your kitchen.
After all the mixing, baking, and tasting, we'll sit down to a high-tea setup to enjoy our creations, paired with the perfect drinks. It's a relaxed way to end the class, giving you a moment to enjoy the fruits of your labour and chat with fellow participants.

Street parking is timed with some spaces reserved for local permit holders. You're best off parking on side streets away such as William, Lithgow, Albert, Murray, or Princess Street from Victoria Street. Always be aware of the signage.
