Join Helga Nilsen for an interesting course in understanding some of the colour theory basics, and be inspired by the latest colour trends in design.

Colour, like sound, is a vibrating phenomenon. It travels as wavelengths and appears as seven major colours. With an understanding of colour theory, we can use these colours to create all other colour variations that we see around us.

This course will immerse you in the dimensions of colour and it's many exciting qualitiies to help gain a deeper knowledge of colour theory and how it can enhance expression, mood and environment.

Participate in practical activities to learn and explore how colour theory can be creatively manipulated to strengthen the quality of design projects.

This short class forms part of our 'Good Design' program, however it can be taken individually and is suited to anyone working in any medium which involves colour.
