If you have an interest in learning how to be more present with yourself and your partner, if you would like to learn how to access more pleasure in your own body and to be a better lover to others, if you have an interest in loving and living fully, then tantric practice is for you!
Like any other body based practices like yoga or meditation, it is the doing of the practice rather than reading or talking about it, that gives you a felt sense of wellbeing and understanding.
In this introductory workshop we will explore Tantric practices that are simple, safe, consensual and not typically ‘sexual’.
Tantric practices can be practiced by people of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds and physical abilities. This workshop is open and inclusive to all.
If you’re curious about Tantra, and want a super accessible introduction with like-minded folks, this workshop’s for you! You’ll only do the stuff you want to do—you’re in your personal sovereignty 100% of the time. The class is fully clothed and while it relates to sexuality, it involves non-sexual interaction.
ABOUT UMA AYELET FURMAN
I stated my Tantric journey in my late 20’s in a bid to bring more depth and excitement to my relationship with my partner. Over the years I discovered that tantric practice was much more then that for me. It taught me how to love myself fully and unconditionally and how to relate to my environment in a similar way. Its implications grow beyond the bedroom and influenced my life in wonderful ways.
Today, in my 40’s I have a busy tantric practice where I see individuals and people in relationships for privet consolations. You can find out more about my work here:
I am also part of a wonderful team of teachers who delivers professional and general group trainings in Tantra and somatic sex education. You can find out more about us and join our mailing list here
Uma's workshop was a wonderful experience. She is an excellent teacher, and is very passionate about this subject. We felt comfortable throughout and learned a lot. This was an introduction, so we were all exploring a new process. Highly recommended for people who wish to learn what this is all about.
