If you’re susceptible to colds, flu, sinus or chest infections over Winter, it could be a sign your immune system needs a little T-L-C.

Either way, this workshop will give you a much-needed mid-Winter immune tune up and teach you how to look after yourself naturally with food, herbs and a healthy lifestyle.

Presented by founder of Balanced Whole, Karla Rawles, a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist based in Newstead. Karla is passionate about how positive food and lifestyle habits form the basis of good health and have the ability to prevent or reverse disease. Castlemaine Community House is in Castlemaine, Mount Alexander Shire, within the Central Goldfield region of Victoria. It is situated 120kms from Melbourne, approximately an hour and 15 minutes from the city. Castlemaine is encircled by at least six towns, each with their own particular identity. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds Policy Cancellations and refunds policy:

  • No refund will be issued within 48 hours of the course start date or once the course has commenced.
  • A full refund, less a 10% administration fee will be provided for  all booking cancellations requested prior to the course start date.
  • Any flexibility outside the above policies must be approved by the Castlemaine Community House Manager.
