Hoop Yoga Flow - an hour of mindful movement. Hoop Yoga Flow is an integrated movement form drawn from the Yoga Synergy method and the soothing, rhythmic motions of hooping. Practiced with slow flowing movements, this easy to learn body flow invites you to feel fully alive and deeply rested. The class includes a gentle spinal flow sequence, core training, balance exercises, hula hooping on the waist, creative movement, and a beautiful relaxation.

Hoop Yoga Flow is a 60-minute workshop that explores the 8 core movements of the spine. By activating the spine from the core, an increase in energy flows through your entire body. Set to a luscious soundscape, this class is a relaxing movement meditation for your body, mind, and soul. Suitable for all skill levels.

Over 3 weeks we will develop a memorable practice for you to take home with you. Recover from 2020 and set yourself up for 2021 with this fun and easy body flow.

Refund Policy

Dance Central Sydney requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Dance Central Sydney to organise a refund or transfer

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Dance Central Sydney or organised by Dance Central Sydney must agree to these terms and conditions.


There is a risk of personal injury associated with dance and exercise. 

Dance Central accepts no responsibility for injury caused during online classes or workshops.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit for any Dance Central Online class or workshops.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable, non-slip floor space. 

Please make sure any potential obstructions in the vicinity are removed before you start your lesson so you have a nice clear space to dance.

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Dance Central Sydney.


I agree to give Dance Central Sydney unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Dance Central Sydney classes and events or on Dance Central Sydney's premises. (For use of Dance Central Sydney marketing materials).

12 December 2020 • INSTUDIO ~ Hoop Yoga Flow - Final Class!

I loved the 3 week Hoop Yoga Flow class. In 3 classes, I went from zero hooping ability to learning a few tricks, building a solid foundation to improve upon and I also learnt a hoop dance routine! The instructor is very patient and good at explaining and simplifying the movements. Overall it was lots of fun and worth doing if you'd like to master the basics so can continue your hooping journey with more confidence.
