I would recommend the classes here to anyone who is unsure of how to successfully cook duck, or who just enjoys a great cooking experience. My daughter and I very much enjoyed the Asian Duck Banquet class and we would both consider returning for another one. Our instructor Wendy made it so easy to learn how to handle the raw duck and cook every portion in a myriad of different recipes, as well as easily roast the duck. Between Wendy's expertise and Joanne being such an amazing help, we managed between the whole group to create an incredibly enjoyable banquet that we then sat down together to indulge in with a lovely glass of wine. Luved-it!!

Until I attended my first Duck cooking class I had only cooked Duck once and it was not very successful. Now having been to the basic Duck demonstration class and the Asian Duck Banquet Masterclass - Hands On cooking class, I feel much more confident to prepare and serve Duck to family and friends. The classes are very informative and the recipes which are shared with the class (to take home) are very yummy and quite easy to cook/bake. And, you get to eat a wonderful banquet of all dishes including a glass of wine (or two). From the moment you walk into the Luv-a-Duck showroom and are offered a tea or coffee, everyone makes you feel quite at home. All the staff are very friendly. I envisage that I will attend ALL the cooking classes. Jacqui
