Enhance your fitness and wellbeing by improving your strength, so everyday tasks become easier. 

Learn a variety of different exercises designed to get you moving, with a focus on developing core strength and stability. 

Marleina will inspire you with some tips on exercising outside of the session so you can stay motivated to keep up some daily exercise.

Since its founding, “caring and sharing” has been the keystone of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. We aim to provide a supportive environment in which community members can continue their education, while helping to enrich the life of our community.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  For cancellations contact Park Orchards Learning Centre to organise a refund or transfer on 03 9876 4381 or 

Refunds and transfers may not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing.  We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

Anyone participating in any classes or events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre must agree to these terms and conditions.


I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Park Orchards Learning Centre.


I agree to give Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at classes and events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. (For use of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre marketing materials).

Really enjoyed this class. Marliena was lovely. Felt very comfortable. I actually like doing it through zoom. So convenient. No excuses to fit a quick workout in. Thoroughly recommend.

Wow! What a great Zoom class. When I saw it advertised I wasn’t sure how effective and fun it would be being on Zoom. Marilien is a fantastic instructor, making sure before we start that she is aware of any physical problems we may have so she can adjust exercises so we don’t injure ourselves. She sure got my little heart pumping and stretched all those bits that needed a good stretch. Marilien keeps a close eye on us to make sure we are exercising correctly. A great class with good variety of exercises. Thank you Marilien 🤸‍♀️

I am enjoying the Zoom strength classes as a reintroduction to exercise after so many months off. I do prefer face to face in a class but Marlena supervises the classes well and apart from lack of music to exercise to I have no negative feedback. I am hoping that next year we can do the class back in a normal environment.
