This workshop is for athletes & performers of any domain who want to learn the balance of off-field that can assist on-field as well asmaintain wellbeing. Sleep, Time Management and Wellbeing are three significant factors in finding good balance as an athlete to fulfill other areas of their life. Having good balance also has an indirect effect on performance as it allows you to psychologically and physically recover to excel when you want to perform.
Facilitated by Sport & Performance Psychologist Michael Inglis, who has a unique blend of evidence-based knowledge and applied experience working with individual athletes (e.g., cycling, athletics, gymnastics) and teams (e.g., current performance psychologist for AFL North MelbourneKangaroos; Holden Cycling team). This program empowers any performer - athlete, coach, teams - to fulfil their performance potential.
This class takes place on Saturday December 3rd, 10am - 1pm
- Sleep: Install a sleep routine to maximise physical & psychological recovery
- Time Management: Learn strategies to be able to train to your maximum as well as fulfil other commitments in life
- Wellbeing: How to sustain happiness as well as identify key symptoms that may interfere with your mental health

We host a range of classes in our relaxed studio space.These are a practical and playful way to explore, share and try out science-backed ways for living well.
We love teaching people the latest evidence-based psychology on how to work with your mind and body to enhance wellbeing and performance in life. These classes and workshops (1hr to half day to 6-weeks) are practical, inspiring and playful small group (4-12 people) experiences.

We offer 50-minute drop-in classes and 4- to 6-week programs, as well as half- or full-day workshops. Come try a class in our relaxed, studio warehouse in Collingwood.
Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you can't attend, then send a friend.
Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at email@example.com, at least 2 weeks prior to the start of a class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
