During our stroll around the wonderful Prahran Market, you will learn how to find the best ingredients – the freshest fruit, vegetables, herbs, fish, and meat – as well as pick up some cooking hints and maybe even try something new and exotic.

Back in the kitchen of our cooking school, Walter will guide you through the preparation of a delicious meal, a hands-on experience during which you will improve your cooking skills. Your menu can be based on any theme you desire: French, Spanish, Italian, organic, local, and seasonal – the choice is yours!

Once your four- to a seven-course meal is ready, you will enjoy it along with some wine in our comfortable dining room.
