Description
This is a brand new Abstract painting workshop where you will learn to paint in monotones
Black and white is not straight black and white! There are many values and tones, and temperatures that make up a fabulous black and white - or monotone painting, and in this fun one day workshop Artist and Abstract expressionist painter - Lorna Ballantyne Epps, will guide you through her process of creating a beautiful abstract painting
Note on Materials required
If you purchased the Materials Included ticket - you are all set to go
if you opted for BYO materials - please make sure you have the following:
- Matisse Fluid Paint - Titanium White, Black, Titan Buff
- Black/White Acrylic Inks
- 2" and 4" Foam Rollers - small from Bunnings
- Fine Line Applicators Medium grade
- Brushes - rounds and flats selection smaller brushes and larger brushes
- Nib Pen and fine nib
- Waterproof Fineline Markers
- some mark making tools and or stencils

Please note: All classes apart from the Advanced Resin Layering Workshop - require a minimum of 6 participants to go ahead. If in the instance there are not enough students you will be transferred to the next available class
In the event of a workshop being cancelled, your booking will be refunded in full.
In the case of you not being able to attend a workshop you will be refunded as follows:
Less The booking fee charged by WeTeachMe or transferred to another workshop or date. This workshop incurs a booking fee included in the price.
Any cancellations within 10 days before the workshop will receive a half refund, and within 1 week one Third of the total workshop cost.
No-shows on the day will not be refunded. A credit or transfer will not be issued.
We will be as reasonable as possible in light of Covid and on a case by case basis, but unless a workshop is cancelled and you do not show up on the day we will not refund for last minute cancellations
