This Advanced course is designed for baristas who are consistently texturing, splitting and pouring standard patterns such as tulips, rosettas and swans at a high level.
We will focus on building on your existing latte art knowledge, exploring advanced latte art technique, and how to begin developing your own patterns.
Repetition & time is essential for developing latte art skills, so bring along your favourite jug and be ready to learn.
In your session your trainer will introduce you to:
- Jug size & Spout variables
- Steaming for advanced latte art.
- Advanced concepts of Jug Placement & Control & Arm Control
- Advanced pouring techniques such as wet & dry pouring, inversions and floating.
- Guided Practice towards achieving an Advanced Hybrid Latte art pattern chosen by the trainer.
- How best to continue your development outside of the class.
All classes are limited to 3 participants & you will receive a Certificate of Achievement at the completion of the class. If you would like to run a group session of more than 3 please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange something special for you.
Please note: Advanced Latte Art courses will only be facilitated on dairy milk.

Cancellations & Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund.
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$7.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Terms & Conditions
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours' prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee.
If you wish to transfer to another course or cancel your booking, you must contact the ONA Sydney Team via email firstname.lastname@example.org more than 48 hours' prior to course commencement, for a course refund (please note you will forfeit the $7 booking fee!!)
