Strength Classes with Marleina
Enhance your fitness and wellbeing by improving your strength, so everyday tasks become easier.
Learn a variety of different exercises designed to get you moving, with a focus on developing core strength and stability.
Marleina will inspire you with some tips on exercising outside of the session so you can stay motivated to keep up some daily exercise.
About your instructor:
With 13 years’ industry experience, Marleina is a qualified fitness professional with a passion for healthy living and achieving personal growth and success for clients and students alike.
Alongside a firm belief that everyone (whether naturally active or not) can enjoy a healthier, happier version of themselves, Marleina actively encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their personal wellbeing; through exercise and nutrition. Marleina is energetic and loves imparting knowledge – building confidence in her students and empowering them to achieve positive physical and mental results.
Her classes are tailored to the students and their fitness goals, providing all with the opportunity to experience a sense of achievement and satisfaction from engaging in physical exercise.

Since its founding, “caring and sharing” has been the keystone of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. We aim to provide a supportive environment in which community members can continue their education, while helping to enrich the life of our community.
We offer a wide range of nationally accredited courses, work skills programa, art/craft, after school age activities, health, fitness and self development programs, as well as quality occasional childcare (CCS funding available).

Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer. For cancellations contact Park Orchards Learning Centre to organise a refund or transfer on 03 9876 4381 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds and transfers may not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
Terms & Conditions
Anyone participating in any classes or events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Park Orchards Learning Centre.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at classes and events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. (For use of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre marketing materials).
Park Orchards Learning Centre requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer.
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
