Circuit training is a fast-paced class where you do a series of exercises at 30 seconds to 5 minutes at a time. It’s an excellent way to not only build muscle and tone your entire body, but also to build mobility, strength, and stamina.

In this Beginners class, you will learn to get comfortable with the basic exercises and gradually build up by adding variety and complexity to the circuit.
