Amid rising temperatures are a whole lot of cool new classes and events to take part in, so get ready to drag yourself out of the couch because here are the highlights of the best things to do and learn in Melbourne during the summertime.

Shellfish Masterclass

Indian Pale Ale Brewery Masterclass & Lunch

Learn about 3 Ravens’ approach to producing different styles of IPA (Indian Pale Ale). Preserving Know-How: Savoury Ways with Tomatoes

Enjoy your summer harvest of ripe tomatoes for longer by learning super quick and easy ways of turning them into sauces and preserves. In this workshop, you will learn all kinds of preserving techniques, such as bottling, dehydrating, as well as some traditional Italian techniques with tomatoes.
